The Big Cwtch are proud to have been awarded the Bronze level of Attitude is Everything’s Charter of Best Practice, demonstrating our commitment to improving the live music experience for our Deaf and disabled customers.
We have also achieved accreditation to the charters ‘ACCESS STARTS ONLINE’ campaign for our online access information and booking pages.
Attitude is Everything, CEO, Suzanne Bull says, “We are delighted to welcome the Big Cwtch onto the Bronze Level of our Charter of Best Practice. Throughout two years of working together, Big Cwtch has demonstrated their commitment to being as accessible as possible. This includes providing a dedicated Access Officer and team of Access Stewards to support disabled customers onsite, charging points for motorised wheelchairs and scooters, and clear access information on their website which adheres to our Access Starts Online template. We are looking forward to supporting them to progress up to the Silver and Gold Levels in future years.”
