THE BIG CWTCH SUMMER PARTY IS A CELEBRATION OF WELSH PRODUCE AND PRODUCERS
And once again we have an awesome line-up of award winning Welsh street food traders including some of your Big Cwtch favourites and a few new traders who are currently talking the festival and street food scene by storm.

Welsh food producers The Parsnipship, founded by Ben Moss and Flo Ticehurst, create unique vegetarian and vegan food.
Ben has developed a delicious and original range of products since he set up The Parsnipship's first stall in 2007 at The Riverside Market in Cardiff. Last year they launched their online shop, where a selection of their products can also be bought and delivered direct to you.
Their vegetarian foods include The Guild of Fine Food Great Taste Award winning Glamorgan Crumble, the warming Stilton & Spinach Potato Cake (gluten-free), the Spiced Haloumi Burger and the creamy Roasted Butternut Squash Lasagne.
Vegans are spoilt for choice with the striking Beetroot Bomb, Tandoori Chickpea & Lentil Mash-Up (gluten-free), Moroccan Cashew & Walnut Roast and Wild Mushroom Nut Roast.
Ben says: “At The Parsnipship we hand-craft our vegetarian and vegan foods - always striving to be original, provocative and pack our food with big, punchy flavours.”
Bringing street food versions of their products to festivals, The Parsnipship relishes the chance to introduce their foods to new customers and make fantastic food part of people’s festival experience.
The team are really happy to be trading at The Big Cwtch for the first time this year, especially since Ben, Flo and family have recently moved “out West” to a cottage near Ffarmers from the Vale of Glamorgan where it all started 10 years ago.
They are looking forward to meeting you all and enjoying the magic of the Welsh countryside and The Big Cwtch.
La Ffroga marries the French and Welsh; La, meaning “the” in French and the Welsh Ffroga, meaning “frog”.
Welsh born La Ffroga comes from the owner Pascal’s insatiable appetite for cheese! His love of preparing and serving delicious “Raclette” can be enjoyed in every bite.
‘C'est Cheese’ street-food stall is based in Cardiff and specialises in serving the traditional Alpine dish “Raclette”, from the French and Swiss Alps.
"We are passionate about serving high quality food while maintaining our focus towards sustainability. This includes sourcing key ingredients locally from artisan producers".

Meet Bwydiful ... owned and operated by Jon and Chris. A thriving new street food business, currently building its foothold in South Wales and beyond.
Best friends since meeting through mutual friends at the pub in 2012, we were both working in very different careers – Chris in management and Jon in nursing. Having always joked about working together, the joke became reality one summer’s evening when we decided to step out of the rat race and do something for ourselves. We both love great food and wanted to share that passion with the world, and so, after a few false starts (a burger van that travels round like an ice cream van was NEVER going to work!) the concept was born.
We are founded on a few simple principles:

Our signature artisan steak burgers are hand-crafted to order, using only top quality steak mince to form the patty in front of the customer’s eyes. This artisan approach means that customers know their burgers are high quality, without unnecessary additives. This unique approach to the preparation of burgers guarantees that our customers are getting the freshest burger around.
One of the most fun parts of our “jobs” now, is coming up with great combinations of toppings to compliment the beautifully succulent burgers. Halloumi and Pesto have proved a firm favourite, and we just love drizzling homemade Welsh rarebit all over the patties.
Tafell a Tân
Tafell a Tân (translates to Slice & Fire) is new to the scene wood fired pizza business run by Kate and her friendly happy team. Inventive and delicious toppings that are sourced locally and often home grown, topped on handmade dough.
Moving around Wales.... rolling, topping, fire cooking, pizza munching, and generally having a pretty awesome time doing it.

Ele's Little Kitchen
Ele's little kitchen provides home style cooked Spanish cuisine from Murcia a Region in the South-East of Spain where the sun shines almost 365 days/year.
Unfortunately, Ele’s Kitchen can’t guarantee you sunshine but they can promise an open-fire paella with all the Mediterranean flavors and the spirit of the "paella party"!! You will be able complete this experience with "tapas" characteristic of the Murcia region and "Montaditos"(toasted bread topped with savory combinations).

Husband & wife duo Gary & Kris run Sloppy Joes Streetfood from their little blue trailer every Friday at Carmarthen Market.
After spending 20 years working together in food and hospitality,from bakeries & deli's in North Yorkshire to a Farm Shop and a Petting Farm in the Highlands of Scotland,they decided to go mobile in Wales with their tasty Sloppy Joe Griddled Sandwiches and Loaded Nachos.
There is something for everyone on their menu,from Chilli and Welsh Cheese Griddled Sandwiches,Beetroot Houmous loaded Nachos to S'more Griddled Muffins and the big Man v's Joe Breakfast Sandwich.No one leaves Sloppy Joes hungry!
Coaltown Coffee Roasters are a specialty coffee roastery based in the ex-mining community of Ammanford, South Wales. Coaltown, founded by 24 year old entrepreneur Scott James, is on a mission is to bring an industry back to their community with their roastery. Training local people to become world class baristas through the Coaltown Academy and aiming to lower unemployment and give the town a purpose once more.
Coaltown will be serving their Fairtrade certified Foundry Road Espresso, a latin American blend of Colombian and Brazilian coffees with notes of Chocolate & caramel brownie on the espresso machine and single origin Mexican Finca Muxbal through Chemex.

Located near Llanelli. Sip & Slurp offers something for everyone from superb thick creamy milkshakes to freshly blended smoothies
Their Magnificent Milkshakes are individually blended with ice cream and each extraordinary flavour is based on one of the nation’s favourite Great British Puddings or chocolate bars. Creating a fusion of the classic American Milkshake and iconic British desserts.
